Student Access is used to register a Private Student for the following:

  • Gokhale Consultations (for beginners)

  •  Private Gokhale Foundations courses

  • Gokhale Consultations (for Alumni)

  •  Group alumni classes, if the student pays you directly rather than registering and paying for it online.

  • Case Studies


STEPS:

  • Open your teacher’s Haven

  • Go to Resources

  • Teacher materials

  • Under “teaching”, choose Student Access Form


  • Click the Student Access Form link

  • Fill out the information needed

    • Once filled out and submitted, the information will go to the Admin team, and they will input the information, which will provide you access to the student’s profile, and you will now be able to see this student under the list of students in the Teacher’s Haven and the Teacher App.  The CS team will send a confirmation email to you once the access has been provided. 


NOTE: If a student doesn’t have an account, the admin team will create an account for them and register for the event or service indicated on the form. An email confirmation will be sent to the student to log in or set a password.


It is up to the teacher to send a confirmation email of the lesson schedule and email reminders to fill out the intake form to the student.


Please use the Private Scheduler to schedule GMF lessons, as this automates email homeworks and Gokhale Active Premium (free month) invite. This will also automatically tag the student as an Alumni after Lesson 4.
