• Log in to your Gokhale Method account. Make sure you are logging in with GMI’s work email address given to you, e.g., kristyl@gokhalemethod.com

  • Open your Teacher’s Haven

  • Go to Events

  • Create Events


  • Choose the event you want to create

  • Fill out the information needed 

    • For location: If you have already used or created an event with your location, since the system saves this information, you can click “My Location” to see all the information you have already entered. For new locations, click “create new location” and fill out the necessary details.


  • If you want to know more details about the other options, such as “private location”, “tentative event”, you have to hover your mouse/cursor over the question mark beside the option. It will show you detailed information.


  • Click preview

  • Review the information you have input before submitting

  • Submit

    • Once submitted, it will provide a link to the main event created. This will be sent to the admin team for event double-checking and event activation. 

    • Once the event has been approved, you will receive an email notification that the event has been activated.

  • Click on the link to see the event that will be posted online


NOTE: If you wish for your event to be posted in the upcoming Offerings in Your Area Newsletter (Thursday), make sure that you submit your event for activation or changes not later than Sunday, as they are finalized around Monday or Tuesday the same week.
