A: Depending on your device type, to the following:

iOS app:

Please, write a short description of what is not working and send it to bugs.pt-app-ios@gokhalemethod.com. If you can, please also provide screenshots for illustration and details about your device (model name, software version).

Android app:

Shaking the phone will open a screen to file a bug report. Please, write a short description of what is not working and tap “Send” in the upper right corner.
