When you register for an online class, you are provided with a Zoom link and a password that enable you to access and join the class on the scheduled date and time. If you’re having trouble joining an event, please make sure to do the following:

Check the scheduled date and time
The classes are scheduled in the teacher’s time zone. You may accidentally be trying to access the link early, or at a later date or time. Here is a link to an online time zone converter tool: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html
Double-check the meeting link and password
Make sure that you are trying to access the correct Zoom link for the class and entering the correct meeting password.
