We have an online booking tool which you can use to schedule your Follow-up session, giving you the freedom to find a slot that fits best into your schedule. All Pop-up Course participants receive a credit for a Follow-up session.

Some instructions, to help you along the way: 

  1. Click on this link, bringing you to the bookings page: Book your Online Follow-up Session here 
    (you will be asked to log into your Gokhale Method account)

  2. Once you are logged in, you will find yourself on Kathleen O’Donohue’s booking page. She will be your Online Follow-up teacher. 
    Scroll down the page to: Book a Private Appointment

  3. Under: Select a Lesson, choose Online Follow-up 
    There will be several days available, all marked with a circle around the day. Clicking on the date will show you the times available on that day. Click a day that suits you. 
    Select a time that works for you.
    Click on Book Lesson

  4. You will see a screen that summarises your booking. Tick the relevant boxes agreeing to Gokhale Method policies. Click Make Reservation.

  5. As a Pop-up Course participant, you already have a credit available which is valid for an Online Follow-up. Tick boxes: Use Credit, and Pay with Credit


You are all set! You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your appointment date and time. Shortly after this, you will receive an email with a link to your Follow-up Session on Zoom.
