The product page on our shop contains videos with instructions on how to use and how to install the Stretchsit® Cushion. The Stretchsit® Cushion comes with two extension straps that allow you to adapt the cushion to whatever chair or seat you are in.
We teach Stretchsitting in our Free Workshops; you can find upcoming Free Workshops here. We recommend attending if you would like Stretchsitting instruction from one of our teachers.
